As you know, the Glade is one of the best places to be over a weekend in July and you need a ticket to take part . So nice one. You're in the right place.
We've developed a rather clever system to make everyone's lives easier so please read the bit below... and enjoy...
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
When you order your tickets you need to give us a password that will be associated with your order.
When you receive your tickets in the post you need to activate them by following the simple instructions sent with the tickets.
The reason for this is so that your tickets don't have to be sent via recorded / special delivery. This reduces the cost to you and means you don't have to sign for them when they arrive. By activating your tickets you let us know they've been received.
This is also a part of our campaign to fight ticket touting so more genuine Glade fans get to come to the festival.
On arrival at the event your ticket will be scanned...
IF YOUR TICKET IS NOT ACTIVATED YOU WON'T BE ALLOWED IN.
